CONTRACT OF GUARANTEE 3 / 12 OR 24 MONTHS FOR USED ENGINE OR GEAR BOX

To optimize the correct operation of the engine each part
must be committed complying with the following rules:

Us :

- To check the traceability in the field of quality and the source of the engine or the gear box.
- To control its conformity compared to your vehicle.

You :

- To take care to transmit the conditions of guarantees to your mechanic.
- To check the conformity of the engine delivered compared to your vehicle.
- To make carry out the assembly of the engine in the code of practice by a professional of the car and provide the invoice discharged in the event of need of it or of litigation.
- To carry out drainings every 5000 km
- To carry out during the assembly the replacement, by new parts, complete kit of distribution, filters and seals spis of flying crankshaft driving side.

You mount an engine or a gear box of occasion : a more or less long time of storage could deteriorate the state of certain joints, it is thus advised to use a small pocket of suitable joints in order to make safe the assembly, the consecutive escapes with the defection of these joints will not be taken into account in the guarantee. It is requested from the fitter to control, to even replace the elements which constitute the driving coolant circuit (radiator, hose
connexions, probes, carlostat, etc...) because no complaintconcerning the possible heating of an engine or the consecutive escapes with the bad assembly of one gear box after the output of the vehicle of the place of repair could not be the subject of a guarantee whatever it is.

METHODS OF APPLICATION OF THE GUARANTEE

The guarantee applies to our suitability according to following methods':

- Repair of the part (without prolongation of the guarantee) within the limit of the price net of tax of sale of this one.
- Exchange of the part (without prolongation of the guarantee).
- Refunding of the price of the part n the other hand of the handing-over of this one by the customer, after expertise in our workshops.

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

- When it is about the adjustment of linkage. - of control, abusive use or a negligence of the user of the vehicle.
- use of the vehicle for automobile sporting competitions
- the transformation of one or more bodies of the part whose characteristics will not be then any more identical to those fixed by the manufacturer.
- Change of cubic capacity of the vehicle without passage to the obligatory mine
- Maintenance of the part nonin conformity with the standards of the manufacturer, in particular as for the method to follow to lubricate and as for the lubricants to be used.

LABOUR

If with the assembly and before the output of the vehicle of the garage, the engine or the gear box delivered by our care proves to be defective in spite of controls, thus showing a defect of framing of our share, we will deal with the hand of œuvre for the installation and the demounting of the aforementioned part (on presentation of the
estimate and after acceptance of the after-sales service). This assumption of responsibility will be valid only for expenses of hand of œuvre carried out at a professional of the car and on presentation
of its invoice. After the output of the vehicle no expenses of labour could be taken into account.

The granted guarantee can justify neither allowances, nor damage interests or consequent expenses resulting from the immobility of the vehicle. The purchase of an engine or a gear box of occasion on our premises implies total adhesion and without reserve in our conditions of guarantees.
